1. Who runs this site

This website, https://thegridcook.com (the "site"), is operated by Dmitrii Sharonov, a self-employed professional (autónomo) established in Spain and trading under the name The Grid Cook (the "Provider"). "The Grid Cook" is a trade name and not a company.

The Provider is registered with the Spanish tax authorities as a sole trader. Sole traders are not required to register in the Commercial Registry, so there is no registry entry to quote. The activity requires no prior administrative authorisation and is not a regulated profession. The Provider adheres to no code of conduct.

This section is published under Article 10 of the Spanish Information Society Services Act (Ley 34/2002, LSSI-CE).

2. What this site is for

The site provides information about the Provider's services and, for in-kitchen batch-cooking sessions, explains how to make contact and how to book. The site sells nothing online: bookings are made by message, and the contract terms are the Terms of Service published on the site. Any login area reachable from the site is not open to the public.

3. Prices

Prices shown at https://thegridcook.com/in-kitchen-sessions are in euros and include VAT (IVA). Any additional cost that may apply to a booking, such as extra hours or a travel fee, is described in the Terms of Service and agreed with the client before the booking is confirmed.

4. Using the site

The site and its content may be browsed and used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Users may not interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to access non-public areas, or use automated tools to copy the site at scale.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, images, layout, logo and the name The Grid Cook belong to Dmitrii Sharonov or are used under licence. They may not be reproduced, distributed or modified for commercial purposes without the written permission of the Provider. Names and marks of third parties mentioned on the site belong to their owners.

The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and available, and may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; the Provider does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content. Nothing in this notice limits any liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law.

7. Complaints and official complaint forms

Questions and complaints may be sent by email (contact@thegridcook.com), by phone or WhatsApp (+34663585493), or by post (Calle Floridablanca 66-68, Local 9F, 08015, Barcelona, España). The Provider answers complaints as soon as possible and in any case within 15 days.

Official complaint forms of the Government of Catalonia (fulls oficials de queixa, reclamació i denúncia) are available to consumers: the Provider carries paper copies to every session and sends an electronic copy on request to contact@thegridcook.com. The consumer information helpline of the Government of Catalonia is 012. How disputes are handled is explained in the Terms of Service.

8. Privacy and cookies

How personal data is handled, and which cookies the site uses, is explained in the Privacy Policy published on the site. The site uses only technical cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work.

9. Applicable law and courts

This notice and the use of the site are governed by Spanish law. Nothing here limits the right of a consumer to bring a claim before the courts of their own place of residence, as provided by Spanish consumer law.

10. Language

This notice is published in Spanish and in English. The Spanish version is the authoritative version; the English text is a courtesy translation. A Catalan translation is available on request at contact@thegridcook.com. Where versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.

11. Changes to this notice

The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. When this notice changes, the new version is published here.
